Donations, transparency, records and payment verification

Donation Policy

1. Voluntary contributions: Donations must be voluntary. No one should be pressured to donate. Before paying, verify the purpose, recipient name, amount and QR/UPI details.\n\n2. Payment methods: Use only authorized payment details published by the administrator. Independently confirm with the Foundation before paying into a personal account. The website form is not a payment processor, and submitting a form does not confirm payment.\n\n3. Records and receipts: Donations will be confirmed only after matching actual bank or payment records. Receipts should be issued only by an authorized person. Claim tax deductions or 80G benefits only when the relevant valid registration or approval applies and all required conditions are met.\n\n4. Use of donations: Donations should be used for the stated purpose and in accordance with applicable rules. Records of administrative costs, project costs and use of funds should be maintained. Campaigns should clearly explain goals, duration and intended use.\n\n5. Refunds: If a payment was sent to the wrong account, duplicated or disputed, contact the Foundation with the transaction reference. Refund decisions depend on payment-provider rules, bank records, applicable law and the circumstances; every donation is not guaranteed to be refundable.\n\n6. Privacy: Donor information should be used only for relevant purposes. Obtain appropriate consent before publishing a donor’s name or photograph where required.\n\n7. Transparency and complaints: Contact us with questions about donations or their use, and keep the payment reference. Unverified project, achievement or tax-benefit claims will not be made.
